    • Negotiate contracts with the selected manufacturer’s representatives
    • Work with you and your team to set up the initial training package
    • Implement the sales commission / sales reporting structure
  • Measure the Results –

    • Monitor sales reporting structure to make sure desired goals and objectives are being met, assisting to provide corrective actions when necessary.
