Assessment Audits

We conduct assessment audits for companies looking to improve their “Sales Force Effectiveness”.  The audits include:

  • Interviewing key stakeholders – sales team members, channel partners, customers (current and potential as possible)
  • Reviewing available data – sales reports, product mix, customer concentration, sales funnel metrics, market share
  • Reviewing financial data – expenses ratios, profit margins, profitability by account
  • Reviewing business processes and tools – business tracking systems in place and effective, ability to assess where sales people are spending their time, strategic account program in place.
  • Reviewing sales compensation plan – does it align with business objectives, is it effective in driving results?
  • Reviewing sales and marketing expenses – are you getting a good ROI on your marketing and entertainment expenses?
  • Complete an overall evaluation – Do your customers value the service being provided by your sales organization?

Once competed we will present a recommendation report to share our findings and offer recommendations for improving your teams “Sales Force Effectiveness”.
